Trekking in Nepal
Nepal is a Himalayan Kingdom, known as a trekkers' paradise. One who has interest, can trek along hill isolated outposts or beaten trails. Trekking can be as difficult or easy, as you want it to be. It is included walking into special beautiful areas such as Khumbu (Everest), Langtang, Annapurna, Kanchanjhanga, Manaslu and so on. Camping and tea House treks are available in Nepal. Camping trek also is known as Tent trek.
It includes sleeping on the ground inside the tent, cook, food other necessary things are taken by porters. Tea House treks also is known as live off the land trek, means accommodation, local lodge provides fooding and lodging. These both are full Service treks.
 
When to trek:

When to trek: December and January are the coldest months with heavy snowfall in the upper hills, crossing high passes at this time can be impossible. February and May are warmer in lower altitude but in high hill can still be very cold and heavy snowfall. In raining season June and July, is just possible for short trekking because of dangerous flooding. From September to November is the most suitable season for trekking as rain is at a minimum, Sky seems clear.
We recommend you to be checked by your Physician before trekking and those who are suffering from heart disease, respiratory diseases such as Asthma, emphysema are not advisable to attempt to high altitude treks and any strenuous activity. So, one should be physically fit for trekking.

Hat Sunglasses and Sun cream to protect from sunburn

Acute Mountain Sickness (AMS)

AMS is the affect of high altitude on those who climbs above 3,600 meter too rapidly. AMS also is known as altitude sickness (AS). It affects rapidly to those who have respiratory problems and aged people. Early symptoms of AMS umbrage much as headache, lethargy, anorexia (loss of appetite), shortness of breath and sleeplessness. Even being strong, fit and young cannot be helped. So, do not ignore these warnings, as serious symptoms can be caused of death within a few hours. Medicine and oxygen can be provided, a doctor is available. Sometimes, it couldn't be helped client must go down, even if given treatment.

For as information, contact to Khunde, Pheriche and Manag if you are traveling in Khumbu and Annapurna region. Though hospitals are available with good doctors, to reduce or avoid, AS you should walk slowly with frequent rest. Do not move too fast or in too high, if you feel unwell, retreat to a lower altitude immediately. It will save your life.
